Description
The European Commission supported the Slovak Ministry of Health in reforming hospital governance, digitalisation, healthcare financing, and primary care. It resulted in an umbrella organisation for hospitals, a redesigned DRG-based reimbursement system, and a framework to improve access to and quality of primary care services.
