Description
The commission helped the Romanian tax administration, National Agency for Fiscal Administration (NAFA), by providing specialized external technical support to develop a unitary and efficient interpretation of legislation and transfer pricing (TP) rules. This support aimed to ensure consistent approaches and interpretations among NAFA’s TP auditors, achieving correct tax assessments and fair treatment of taxpayers.
