Improving cooperation between business and science in Lithuania

In order to boost Lithuania’s innovation capacity, the Lithuanian authorities have started to implement an innovation reform. The reform was launched as a response to the current system of investments in science, technology and innovation, which appears ineffective in fostering research and development.

The Commission is helping with improving the efficiency and maximising the benefits of activities in the field of science, technology and innovation, through an enhanced cooperation between public entities and private enterprises.
