The European Commission has provided expertise to help design more than 1500 reform projects in 27 Member States since 2017, first through the Structural Reform Support Programme, and as 2021, through the Technical Support Instrument, its successor programme. The Technical Support Instrument (TSI) main objective is to promote the Union’s economic, social and territorial cohesion by supporting Member States’ efforts to implement the necessary reforms to achieve economic and social recovery, resilience and upward economic and social convergence. The series of Technical Support Instrument 2021 Country factsheets, available in English and national languages, illustrates the support provided in the Member States with concrete project examples in each country, and highlights the projects selected in the Technical Support Instrument 2021 round. |
